docs: add Korean (ko) and Japanese (ja-JP) community translations

Adds two verified community translations to the Community Translations
table:
- 한국어 (ko) by @jnMetaCode — from issue #547 (closes #547)
- 日本語 (ja-JP) by @sscodeai — incorporates PR #551, which conflicted on
  the table after #550 merged (closes #545, #551)

All target repos verified to exist with real translated content.
