Add variant list mode, fix stale SKILL.md references

Browse Source 
- variant without -Name now shows variant list (progressive disclosure)
- Fix Mode parameter: totals -> calculated, resources
- Fix fields -Name example: dataset name -> field name
- Improved error message when variant not found
