feat(cfe-patch-method): перехват методов модуля общей формы

ModulePath CommonForm.Имя → CommonForms/Имя/Ext/Form/Module.bsl; обратное
сопоставление для -Check/-Actualize и режима пути к файлу называет такой модуль
CommonForm.Имя. Раньше — «Unknown object type: CommonForm», и заимствованную
общую форму нельзя было доработать перехватчиком. Оба порта, v2.13.
Кейсы common-form-handler и common-form-check.
