Nick Shirokov	fe8fa4bc3f	fix(web): correct VRD service element format for 1C 8.3 ... ws uses pointEnableCommon (not publishByDefault), OData is attribute enableStandardOdata on <point> (not child element). VRD now includes <ws>, <httpServices>, <standardOdata> elements so all service types are available out of the box. web-info shows [WS HTTP OData] tags per publication.
