Nick Shirokov	9422c66df4	feat: runner v0.2 — external setup, skip support, +24 real-data cases ... Add `external:<path>` setup type for read-only access to real config dumps without copying. Tests gracefully skip (○) when path unavailable. Add 12 meta-compile cases for previously uncovered types (AccountingRegister, CalculationRegister, ChartOfAccounts, ChartOfCharacteristicTypes, ChartOfCalculationTypes, BusinessProcess, Task, ExchangePlan, DocumentJournal, EventSubscription, HTTPService, WebService). Add 18 external cases for info/validate skills against real ACC 8.3.24 config dump (meta, form, skd, role, subsystem, cf). Total: 283 tests, all passing.
