Fix test DSLs that used ExternalDataProcessorObject (EPF type) for DataProcessors inside configurations. Also fix: chart-of-accounts (remove maxExtDimensionCount without ПВХТ), calculation-register (remove actionPeriod without infrastructure), document-multiple-tabparts (remove registerRecords referencing non-existent register), role-compile/explicit-rights (add dimensions to empty InformationRegister).
