- navigateLink(url): opens form via Shift+F11 dialog with clipboard paste
- Grant clipboard-read/write permissions on browser context creation
- Register navigateLink in ACTION_FNS for auto-error detection
- Document in SKILL.md with examples (e1cib/list/...)
