Nick ShirokovandClaude Opus 4.6 fe8fa4bc3f fix(web): correct VRD service element format for 1C 8.3 ...

ws uses pointEnableCommon (not publishByDefault), OData is attribute
enableStandardOdata on <point> (not child element). Verified against
live BP-demo: WSDL returns 200, SOAP call succeeds.
