Code Quality - Is this solving the actual problem or just "fixing code"? - Any changes unrelated to the stated task? - Overly complex where simple would work? ## Output Format For each finding: 1. **File and line**: exact location 2. **Severity**: critical / high / medium / low 3. **Category**: correctness / security / performance / compatibility 4. **Issue**: what's wrong 5. **Is this real?**: prove it's a genuine issue, not a false positive 6. **Fix**: specific suggestion Do NOT flag style issues unless they affect correctness.
